What's VideoArtAI?

VideoArtAI is an AI service that allows generating videos from a single prompt. For example, by providing 'the best cities for living' prompt you can generate a video about the best cities for living. It's a good service if you need videos for YouTube or TikTok accounts.

How does it work?

You provide a prompt, based on that prompt VideoArtAI generates photos, voice and finally videos. Basically you get animated photos.

Is there is a demo?

Yes. Try to watch these demos: one, two, three. Plus, quick review on YouTube.

How much time does it take to generate a video?

In most cases it takes about 10 minutes. However, when there are many requests, it can take even 20-30 minutes. You may close your browser in such cases, your videos will be generated and saved within your account.

Are the videos unique?

Yes. All components of videos are generated by AI and they are unique.

Is it possible to edit videos?

There are 3 features:
- Remove a frame
- Replace a photo (by clicking 'new')
- Replace a photo with a custom prompt(by clicking 'new with a custom prompt')

Is it a free service?

VideoArtAI is paid service, however it does provide a free plan. See pricing.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, just send us an email to info@videoartai.com

Can I get a refund?

You are only eligible for a refund if you created less than 10 videos. If you created more than 10 videos (even if you removed them), we cannot provide a refund as costs for AI generation are high.

How quickly can I get a refund?

It can take 3-5 business days to process the operation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit or debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Is it safe to provide payment information to VideoArtAI?

Yes. It's handled safely and we don't store your payment information on our servers.
